Digital RKM sells 100% digital products, and therefore does not ship any physical items. This policy explains how digital products are delivered after purchase.


1. Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered electronically through:

  • Instant download link
  • Email delivery
  • Customer dashboard or account area (if applicable)

No physical shipping is required.


2. Delivery Time

Most products are delivered immediately after successful payment.

Custom Digital Products

For items requiring customization (e.g., personalized dashboards or tailored automation files):

  • Delivery timelines vary and are communicated clearly on the product page or via email.
  • Typical delivery: 24–72 hours depending on complexity.

3. Failed or Missing Deliveries

If you do not receive your digital product:

  1. Check your email spam/junk folder.
  2. Verify the email ID used during checkout.
  3. Contact us with your order details.

We will resend the product within 24 hours.


4. Access Issues

If your file:

  • Does not open
  • Shows an error
  • Cannot be downloaded
  • Is missing components

We will provide a working replacement file at no additional cost.


5. No Physical Shipping

Since all products are digital:

  • No shipping charges
  • No delivery delays due to logistics
  • No physical packaging
