Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Digital RKM, we aim to deliver high-quality digital products that offer immediate value. Since all our offerings are digital and instantly accessible, we follow a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Cancellation After Purchase
All digital product purchases (Excel templates, dashboards, trackers, automation files, reports, guides, etc.) are final and non-cancellable because:
- Files are delivered instantly or within a short time frame.
- Digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for digital products. However, a refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be approved if:
- The file you receive is corrupted or cannot be opened, and
– We are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours. - You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical issue.
- You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times under the same account or email.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You no longer need the product.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You do not have the required software/tools to use the product (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
- You expected a function or feature not mentioned in the product description.
- You downloaded the wrong file.
- You downloaded the product successfully and later request a refund.
3. Product Support
If you face any issue accessing or using the digital product:
- We offer 48-hour support to help resolve technical problems related to file access.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
